Biosolids Treatment Facility Works Approval Application

EPA Notice of Public Hearing

The Environment Protection Authority is considering a works approval application from Plenary Environment for the development of a biosolids treatment facility to be located at Black Rock Sewage Treatment Plant, Connewarre.

To assist in the just resolution of the works approval application EPA has invited the interested parties to attend an independently chaired public hearing held pursuant to section 20B of the Environment Protection Act 1970.

Time: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Place: Virginia Todd Hall.
11 Clarence Street, Geelong West.
Entrance off the carpark.

People who have made submissions prior to the conference during the public consultation process will have the opportunity to present their concerns.

A copy of the conference Agenda will be available on this site 3 days before the conference.

At this conference Plenary Environment consortium will present details of the works approval application and answer the questions raised by interested parties.

Interested members of the public are invited to attend the conference as observers.
