Current applications open for comment

EPA receives and assesses applications to issue works approvals or licences.

Interested people may comment on the application and may request in writing to be notified if the works approval/licence is issued.

A copy or a summary of these applications, accompanying plans, specifications and other information can be viewed at no charge and a summary may be obtained at $8 each from EPA head or regional office for applications relating to that region. Where available, electronic copies of these applications (as Adobe PDF files) can be downloaded from the links below.
