EREP Case Studies

The EREP program is helping business reduce their resource use and improve their bottom line. Large energy and water reductions and financial savings of $90 million each year are expected through actions that have a three year or better payback period.

	Sugar Australia operates refineries in Mackay, Queensland and Yarraville, Victoria. The company has made significant investments to improve the resource efficiency and safety of its operations. 	The Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory is Australia’s oldest dairy processor. It produces cheese, butter, milk and cream.
