Using the EREP online system

The EREP online system allows participating businesses to:

  • Submit an EREP
  • Submit Annual Reports
  • Register multiple sites
  • Update company and site details

Access to the EREP system is through the username and password created during registration. If you have forgotten or would like to change your password, please contact the EREP team.

 

Submitting an EREP

After registering for the program, EREP participants need to submit a plan to improve resource efficiency at their site.

By using the EREP online system, participants can create a plan that includes baseline data, actions to improve resource efficiency, efficiency indicators and supporting documentation. Data can be saved at any point and returned to at a later date, allowing participants to meet all the requirements before submitting a plan.

The annual due date for submission of plans is 30 June, but voluntary participants are encouraged to submit a plan at any time.

Submitting annual reports

Once a site’s EREP is approved, all actions that have a three year or better payback period must be implemented.

Businesses then submit annual performance reports that include updated resource usage data and progress towards the implementation of actions.

The due date for annual reports is three months after the end of the reporting period. Participating sites are able to choose whether they report on a financial or calendar year. Please contact the EREP team if you are unsure of what period you are reporting on.

Registering multiple sites

Businesses that have multiple sites involved in the EREP program can manage their participation at the corporate level. The online system allows multiple sites to be registered under the one username and password.

Update your details

If your site or company details have changed since registering in EREP, you can update these online. By keeping your details up to date, the EREP Team can keep you informed of training workshops, publications and other EREP updates.
