Industry Superannuation Property Trust - Sustainability Covenant

EPA Victoria and Sustainability Victoria partnered with Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT) as a significant owner of commercial office property in Victoria. Both government authorities recognised that ISPT has significant potential to deliver carbon reductions and other environmental benefits for Victorians.

The purpose of this Covenant was to support Sustainability Victoria’s Commercial Building Partnership Program and its work to improve the environmental performance of ISPT’s property portfolio.
