City West Water Limited sustainability covenant
City West Water Limited and EPA Victoria entered their third Sustainability Covenant on 24 July 2009. This Covenant was a voluntary statutory agreement between the organisations, under section 49AA of the Environment Protection Act 1970.

Lend Lease
This covenant (concluded on 1 December 2005) focused on enabling Lend Lease to develop a strategic approach to sustainability issues and to implement actions to support comprehensive cultural change, so that its business is conducted within the context of sustainability, in particular sustainable investment.
Sensis
On 30 May 2005, a sustainability covenant was signed between Sensis Pty Ltd, EPA Victoria and EcoRecycle Victoria (now Sustainability Victoria). The sustainability covenant was a public commitment that the three organisations would work together to protect and contribute to a more sustainable environment.
