Past sustainability covenants

City West Water Limited

City West Water Limited and EPA entered into the first water industry sustainability covenant on 10 March 2004 (the covenant concluded on 9 March 2006). The covenant allowed City West Water and EPA to work together to develop environmental sustainability, learning that the whole industry could benefit from.

Lend Lease

This covenant (concluded on 1 December 2005) focused on enabling Lend Lease to develop a strategic approach to sustainability issues and to implement actions to support comprehensive cultural change, so that its business is conducted within the context of sustainability, in particular sustainable investment.

Sensis

On 30 May 2005, a sustainability covenant was signed between Sensis Pty Ltd, EPA Victoria and EcoRecycle Victoria (now Sustainability Victoria). The sustainability covenant was a public commitment that the three organisations would work together to protect and contribute to a more sustainable environment.
