Liquid trade waste management training

Liquid Trade Waste Management is the subject of a course developed by EPA in partnership with VicWater and the National Centre for Sustainability, Swinburne University of Technology. The course includes key components towards a Workplace Certificate IV in Liquid Trade Waste Management, which are based on the “Guidelines For Best Practice Trade Waste Management By Water Businesses”, another joint initiative of EPA and VicWater.

This course is next being held in February and March 2008, and expressions of interest are required by Thursday, 17 January 2008.

Course leader: George Hatzimihalis (Hatlar Group)

Costs:  The cost for undertaking the four units, including assessment of competency is $3150 per participant (GST not applicable). This cost includes registration, contact hours and assessments. EPA Victoria is providing catering and a venue for the course participants, in-kind.
