Dual Gas Demonstration Project, Morwell

Following EPA’s 20 May 2011 decision to grant a works approval to Dual Gas Pty Ltd for construction of a 300 MW power station, six applications for review were lodged with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal “VCAT”).
