The public comments period closed on 1 August. EPA thanks all parties who responded to the proposed Regulations. We will consider all suggestions as part of finalising the proposed Regulations.
As part of this EPA will prepare a summary of the submissions received and how these have been considered. This will available at the time the regulations are finalised.
