Corporate Client Subscription Service
Membership to EPA Victoria Library’s Corporate Client Subscription Service entitles individuals, organisations and libraries to access a wide range of environmental information resources and progressive library services.
All memberships include monthly email updates listing the latest environmental publications and papers. Organisation members enjoy complimentary loans from the collection, and Library members enjoy loans and complimentary document delivery.

Interested parties are invited to complete an application form (Adobe PDF file, 69KB) and forward it with the appropriate membership fee to the EPA Victoria Library, GPO Box 4395QQ Melbourne Victoria 3001, or fax to (03) 9695 2785. Tertiary students
The EPA Victoria Library is a participant of the Cooperative Action by Victorian Academic Libraries (CAVAL).
The CAVAL reciprocal borrowing program is a scheme whereby staff and students of participating libraries can borrow material from other participating libraries.
To borrow from our library:
- Obtain a CAVAL card from the library at your home institution (that is, where you are enrolled as a student)
- Present your current student card AND current valid CAVAL card at the EPA Victoria Library loans desk.
- You will be asked to complete a registration form.
- We will issue a borrower number and endorse your CAVAL card. You must present this CAVAL card each time you borrow.
What can you borrow?
You can have a maximum of four books on loan at any given time.

- Environment effects statements
- Journals
- Reference material
- Microfiche
- Videos
- Annual reports
Loan period
Two weeks only. Loans cannot be extended or renewed. We do not reserve items for CAVAL borrowers.
Late penalties
Suspension of borrowing rights from EPA Library, as well as ALL other libraries participating in the CAVAL reciprocal borrowing program. (This includes your home institution.) Suspension is lifted when overdue items are returned. We reserve the right to permanently suspend repeat offenders.
Photocopying facilities are available at the cost of 20c per A4 sheet. Copyright law applies.
Libraries
EPA Victoria Library can answer short reference enquiries accepted via telephone, email and fax.
Journal holdings are available on Libraries Australia and new item holdings are added regularly.

Public
Members of the general public may use our library facilities but may not borrow from the collection.
