What it contains

This report summarises the air monitoring data collected by EPA during the Hazelwood mine fire. While the data has already been made available to the public, this publication makes EPA’s data more accessible by bringing together measured data and analysis of the fire’s impact on air quality. As a result of the fire, air quality was very poor, particularly during the first few weeks. As the fire was put out, air quality in the region returned to normal.
