Anyone can access an EPA licence, approval or annual performance statement (APS) on the EPA Interaction Portal.
Only use the following browsers to search for an APS:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Apple Safari.
Search for an amalgamated licence
Search for an annual performance statement (APS)
Search for a works approval or exemption
Search for a research, development and demonstration (RD&D) approval
Email aps@epa.vic.gov.au to get a copy of a licence or APS that you can't find through the portal.
When works approval applications are available for public comment, you can view them at Engage Victoria.
