In Victoria, new laws will come into effect that are designed to prevent harm to human health and the environment from pollution and waste. Under the Environment Protection Act 2017, three duties require you to minimise or respond to risks so far as reasonably practicable. This guidance provides information about how to determine what is reasonably practicable.
