Better environment plans (BEPs) allow us to formally endorse new ways of complying with the law. They set out mutually agreed compliance requirements between EPA and duty holders. To have legal effect, all BEPs must be accepted by EPA.
No BEPs are yet established under the Environment Protection Act 2017. When they’ve been established, you’ll find information about them here.
