Without conviction, placed on an undertaking to be of good behaviour for 24 months. Further order conditions:
1. That the Defendant pay to the Apollo Bay / Kennett River Public Reserves Committee of Management $12,000 by 22 February 2003 (to be used on a project determined by the Committee in consultation with EPA).
2. To comply with all lawful notices issued by the EPA in respect of the clean up and monitoring of areas affected by the contaminant from the Balgee Apollo Bay service station.
3. Payment of costs be made before 22 February 2003.
