EPA Victoria has charged a company and its sole director over the dumping of industrial waste on a vacant block in a residential street in Balwyn North in May 2024.
Ripacongrp Pty Ltd and Mr Andrew Beram have both been charged with two counts of unlawfully depositing industrial waste at a vacant property at 2/244 Doncaster Road, a place not authorised to accept industrial waste.
EPA initiated an investigation after members of the public reported a truck dumping what is alleged to be industrial waste on the site.
The case has been listed for Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on 14 August 2025.
