Order made under s.64 of the Act:
(1) Defendant must not dump or permit to be dumped further waste at premises;
(2) By 31.01.02, defendant must remove all industrial waste from premises in accordance with the Act and the Environment Protection (Prescribed Waste) Regulations 1998;
(3) Defendant must keep records as to nature, volume and destination of all industrial waste removed from premises;
(4) Defendant must submit report to the Authority by 01.03.02, prepared by an environmental auditor which confirms completion of orders 1 and 2, summarises the reports required by order 3, assesses the impact of the landfilling activities and recommends steps to remediate those impacts; and
(5) Defendant must submit report to the Authority by 01.03.02 itemising all costs and expenses incurred by the defendant in complying with orders 2, 3 and 4.
