- The accused is ordered pursuant to s.67AC of the EP Act 1970, to clean up the property at 42 Ferrier Drive, Marango as follows:
a) By 31 May 2018, to restore the property to its original state to the greatest extent practicable by removing all structural waste, including concrete silos, petroleum tanks, shed(s), hardstand concrete containment areas, concrete slabs, concrete containment areas and settling ponds.
b) By 30 March 2018 by removing all industrial waste from the property save for the structural waste referred to in the previous part of the order.
