Learn the steps to reject a grouped waste record in the Waste Tracker portal.
If you reject a grouped Waste Record, the job will go back to the administrator and can be given to another driver.
Log in to the EPA portal.
In the Manage waste menu, choose the Waste driver work list.
In the Waste driver work list, select the My grouped waste records tab.
Find the grouped waste record ID you want to reject.
Click the dropdown arrow and choose Reject assignment.
In the Reject group waste record assignment screen, use the dropdown arrow in the Rejection field to choose the reason you are rejecting the record.
You must choose a reason.
Click Reject to finalise.
A confirmation screen will appear.
Note that any individual waste records that are in-transit will not be rejected.
Please note you can also reject an individual waste record within a group waste record without rejecting the whole grouped waste record.
