On 17 January 2023, Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Officers inspected the MG Hobby Farm premises and observed industrial waste on the property including fragments of rubble, bricks, wire, plastic, metal, foam, roof tiles, concrete, wood and PVC piping. On 27 February 2023, the EPA issued an Environmental Action Notice under the EP Act 2017, requiring the accused to remove all industrial waste on the premises and dispose of it lawfully by 23 June 2023. |
