This information sheet provides an outline of the environmental audit or PRSA it covers. It emphasises the need to read the audit report, PRSA report, appendices or any executive summary or environmental audit or PRSA statement collectively. It should be added as the first two pages to each file submitted as part of the environmental audit or PRSA.
