- Environment Protection Act 2017
- Environment Protection Regulations 2021.
The guidance is applicable to all types of organic waste processing technologies.
The publication will help you understand:
- ways to minimise risks of harm to human health and the environment from the siting, design, construction and operation of such facilities
- how to design risk assessments based on the needs of your site.
This replaces publication 1588.1, which was released 26 June 2017.
