Contact us to complain about an EPA authorised officer. We’ll help you lodge a complaint form. We’ll send you an acknowledgement within five days of getting your complaint.

We aim to resolve all authorised officer complaints within 20 business days. For complaints about abuse or undeclared conflict of interest, this can take up to 45 business days.

Once we complete the investigation, we’ll send you a letter telling you the outcome.

If you’re unhappy with how we deal with your complaint
