How fees and fines are calculated
Fees comply with the Environment Protection Regulations 2021(opens in a new window).
The Treasurer of Victoria sets the fee value and fine units each financial year.
The fee and fine unit rates for the 2024–25 financial year are:
- one fee unit – $16.33
- one fine unit – $197.59.
