About EPA fees

Business and industry must pay fees for:

You may also need to pay landfill and prescribed industrial waste (PIW) levies.

There are fees for vehicle noise tests and freedom of information (FOI) requests.

Fees are described in units. The Treasurer of Victoria sets fee units each financial year.

Charges for most EPA licences and approvals comply with the Environment Protection (Fees) Regulations 2012.

How to pay

Application fees do not include GST.

EPA does not issue invoices for application fees.

By credit card

By EFT (electronic funds transfer)
