Noise limit and assessment protocol for the control of noise from commercial, industrial and trade premises and entertainment venues

This document provides a protocol for determining noise limits for new and existing commercial, industrial and trade premises and entertainment venues. It also sets the methodology for assessing the effective noise level to determine unreasonable noise under the proposed Environment Protection Regulations.
