How a driver can drop off grouped waste in the Waste Tracker app

Learn the steps to drop off a grouped waste record in the waste tracker app.

Drivers can pick-up, drop off or reject waste in the app. This guide explains how to drop off a grouped waste record in the app.

Step one: Log in

Log in to the EPA portal mobile app.

Step two: My waste records

Once you login you’ll be taken straight to the 'my waste records' home screen. You’ll see a list of all your waste records.

Select the 'grouped records' tab to view all the grouped record IDs assigned to you.

Step three: Find waste record

Find and choose the grouped waste record you want to drop off. You can use the 'waste record ID' search bar or find it in the worklist.

Note: Each waste record in the group will need to be individually picked up.

Click on the individual record to pick it up.

Step four: Confirm you understand data collection by EPA

Review the record and tick the box to confirm you understand that EPA collects the information you enter about the pick-up and drop off of the grouped waste load.

Step five: Drop off warning notification

A warning notification screen will appear to check you want to drop off the grouped waste.

Click 'drop off' to confirm.

Step six: Confirmation

A confirmation screen will appear to confirm the waste has been dropped off. Click 'return to homepage'.

You’ll see the waste record group has been removed from your grouped records list.
