As a transporter of waste, you can remove a connection to a driver.
Step one: Log in
Log in to the EPA portal(opens in a new window).
Step two – Remove driver
Open the My organisation tab on the top menu and select Add or remove waste drivers.
Find the driver you want to remove and click the arrow to the right of the name.
Click Remove driver.
Step three: Deactivate
Click Deactivate to remove the connection with the driver.
Once confirmed, the driver will appear as inactive in the status column.
Note that if you remove a driver, they can no longer transport waste on your behalf. You’ll need to reassign active jobs to other drivers.
You can reconnect to the driver at any time by following the process to invite a driver to connect.
