Step one: Log in
Log in to the EPA portal mobile app.
Step two: My waste records
Logging into the app takes you straight to the 'my waste records' home screen. You’ll see a list of all your assigned waste records.
To find a waste record search for the waste record ID or use the magnifying glass to bring up the advanced search.
Step three: Assigning the Waste Record
Select the waste record you wish to assign to yourself.
A message will appear asking if you wish to assign the record to yourself for a record assigned to driver.
You can only self-assign records from transport companies you have a connection with. Self-assigning records from a grouped waste record will remove them from the group.
Once you have reassigned the waste record it will appear in your worklist.
