Court orders made
Without conviction, ordered pursuant to s.67AC of the Act:
1. To carry out a specified project for the public benefit by paying $45,000 to Yarra City Council within 30 days.
2. To provide a joint report prepared with Yarra City Council not less than 12 months from the date of this Court Order, confirming payment has been received for the purpose of undertaking site preparation, restoration, revegetation, weed control and initial maintenance works along approximately 200 metres of the Yarra River bank abutting the Amcor premises.
3. To be prohibited from referring to payment without reference to the proceedings.
4. To publish a notice in relation to the Court proceedings.
5. To ensure the notice is to
(a) be in the terms specified in clause 8;
(b) be published within 30 days of the date of the Court Order;
(c) be published in the Early General News section of the following newspapers;
(i) “Metro News”;
(ii) “Northcote Leader”;
(iii) “Melbourne Times”;
(iv) Financial Review;
(v) Herald Sun;
(vi) The Age;
(d) be of a minimum size of 12cm by 3 columns;
(e) contain the company’s corporate logo.
6. To display the notice in the “news” section of the company’s website for 14 days.
