Renex Op Co Pty Ltd holds an EPA licence which permits it to treat industrial waste at its premises.
In 2017, Renex was in discussions with the EPA regarding potential warehouse extension works at the premises to which the EPA advised that an Approvals Proposal Pathway application would be required in order to do so.
In early 2020, EPA Officers attended the Renex premises to complete a compliance inspection and gather information on the construction of new infrastructure. They observed a liquid filtration system and holding tank which Renex did not possess a Works Approval to operate.
