Court orders made

Convicted.  Ordered pursuant to s.67AC of the Act:

1. To carry out a project for restoration or enhancement of the environment by the Council of the City of Greater Geelong at the Council’s Waterworld recreational facility, namely replacement of pumps for heating and water filtering, plus replacement of existing indoor lighting by low-energy lights, such project to be completed by 31 July 2003;

2. To pay the sum of $36,500 to the City of Greater Geelong by 5 September 2002, such money to be used entirely and exclusively for the completion of that project;

3. To provide to the Informant proof of that payment within 2 weeks of its having been made;

4. To refrain from referring to the project or the payment in any official communication without reference to the proceedings;

5. To cause to be published, by 30 August 2002, a notice – in the terms filed with the Court – in the financial pages of The Geelong Advertiser, The Herald Sun, The Age and The Australian; and

6. To provide to the Informant proof of publication of each notice within 2 weeks of its publication.
