Court orders made

Without conviction, placed on an undertaking to be of good behaviour for 6 months, with special condition to comply with the following s.67AC Order:
(1) to pay $35,000 within 30 days to the City of Brimbank;
(2) to provide the Authority with a report not later than six months from the date of this Order to confirm that the payment has been used to fund the following projects:
 (1) purchase of 8 additional “Waterwatch” kits for use by schools within the City of Brimbank;
 (2) additional funding of City of Brimbank’s “Waterwatch” coordinator for an additional 6 hours per week for a period of 12 months;
 (3) the creation of an “Airwatch” library by the City of Brimbank being:
  (a) five “Vantage Pro Plus” cabled weather stations and software plus tripod at $2150 each;
  (b) five pollution monitoring equipment kits (Particles and No2) at each plus metal security boxes at $1,000 each,
  for the use of schools (at the City of Brimbank’s discretion) participating in the “Airwatch Program.  All subject to a maximum of $35,000 as referred to in (1) above;
(3) the defendant is prohibited from referring to the payment without reference to these proceedings;
(4) to publicise a notice (wording specified) within 30 days, in relation to the offence, its consequences and the penalty and orders imposed by the Courts in;
 (i) The Age;
 (ii) Herald Sun;
 (iii) The Western Times;
 (iv) Financial Review.
