This case study explains work undertaken by Goulburn Valley Water in consultation with EPA to develop a water quality offset scheme for the Kilmore Wastewater Management Facility. The paper is presented as a case-study report and includes a ‘check list’ of lessons learned which contributed to the success of the project. These lessons could aid other water corporations considering similar proposals.
