This is the Expression of Interest (EOI) application form for councils interested in participating in the Officers for the Protection of the Local Environment (OPLE) pilot expansion. Applicants are required to complete the EOI application form. All applications must be submitted by email to OPLEpilot@epa.vic.gov.au by 5 pm on Wednesday 10 July 2019.
